Abstract

Currently, the consumer goods business in Indonesia is very strict, including for sugar products. Until now, sugar products cannot be fully replaced by other products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and brand equity on the interest in repurchasing sugar products. This study used a descriptive analytic method using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interviewing consumers who consume sugar as many as 60 people. Secondary data obtained from data sourced on the internet, books, journals and other sources deemed relevant. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable repurchase interest and two independent variables, namely customer satisfaction and brand equity. Based on the research results, it is known that the significance value of the F test is 0.000 so that the value is less than 5% alpha. Thus it can be said together that the variables of customer satisfaction and brand equity have an effect on the interest in repurchasing sugar. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the variable X1 (customer satisfaction) has a significance value of 0.0007 so that the value is less than alpha 0.05 in other words that the variable X1 (customer satisfaction) affects the interest in repurchasing. Variable X2 (brand equity) has a significance value of 0.0317 so that the value is less than alpha 0.05, in other words that the X2 variable (brand equity) affects the dependent variable repurchase interest.

Abstract

The university is required to commercialize the results of research and knowledge of the university through academic spin-off. Academic spin-off benefit for stimulating the economy, creating job growth and innovation. However, academic spin-off find difficulty in offering products and services to the market because of the lack of knowledge related to managerial and resource management. Means commonly used to overcome this obstacle is to establish a business incubator in the form of a centralized facility that provides access, support and university policy. Business Incubator helps new academic spin-off stand to better understand the market and to provide guidance in the initial phase of the establishment of academic spin-off. This study aimed to examine the moderating effect of the assistance provided university business incubator in the election strategy of innovation and academic spin-off performance. The study was conducted at 76 academic spin-off in Yogyakarta and Semarang. In this study developed a theoretical model by proposing three hypotheses to be tested using regression analysis. The survey results revealed that academic spin-off conduct exploitation strategy proved a positive influence on the performance of academic spin-off. Instead, academic spin-off conduct proven exploration strategy negatively affect academicspin-off performance. Furthermore, managerial and professional assistance as moderating variables are proven to be able to strengthen the relationship between innovation strategy and academic spin-off performance. Keywords: Academic Spin-off , Managerial and Professional Assistance, Academic Spin-offPerformance

Abstract

Crowdfunding mechanism in fundraising activities has experienced rapid development these recent years in various parts of the world. This requires philanthropic institutions to make digital innovations in their fundraising activities. This study aims to determine the role of crowdfunding-based donation mechanism in the advancement of Al-Qur'an education with a case study of tabungamal.id platform. The research method used is a qualitative approach with an explanatory case study method. Data collection techniques using direct interviews and observation. The mechanism of tabungamal.id was identified based on crowdfunding intermediaries function proposed by Philipp Haas et al, namely lot size transformation, risk transformation, and information transformation. The results of this study indicate that crowdfunding-based donation mechanism at tabungamal.id has roles in advancing Al-Qur'an education, including reducing education disparities between economic classes and regions, supporting innovation in Al-Qur'an learning, and increasing community participation in advancement of Al-Qur'an education. These findings can be implemented by Islamic philanthropic institutions in developing a crowdfunding-based donation mechanism to optimize role of Islamic philanthropic institutions in digital era.

Abstract

One of the causes of large number unemployement is an imbalance between number of jobs and number of job applicants. Total population of Indonesia in September 2020 has reached 270 million (BPS, 2021). The Central Statistics noted that there are quite a large number of unemployed college graduates (BPS, 2020). Increasing number of entrepreneurs is considered to be one of solutions to reduce unemployment. This study aims to determine an effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention directly or through attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at a private university in Yogyakarta with Informatics Engineering student respondents. Research data processing was carried out by Partial Least Square 3 software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a direct and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Then, attitudes towards entrepreneurship have been shown to play a role as a mediator in relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Based on these results, mediating role of attitudes towards entrepreneurship is partial mediation. The results of this study are expected to be useful to encourage higher education institutions and government to motivate younger generation, especially Informatics Engineering students, to have an entrepreneurial spirit and have a positive attitude towards entrepreneurial behavior so that they are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. Informatics Engineering students are expected to be able to support economic recovery due to Covid-19 pandemic through works in form of software.

Abstract

Overwork is the cause of above-normal pulses. Rest time role needed to re-normalize pulse. The research aims to design the right rest system with a Physiology and Quality Function Deployment approach in tofu craftsmen of the male gender in Kediri district. The method with the first stage performs measurements of pulse, oxygen consumption, metabolism, energy and intervention. The second stage performs a set of attributes needs of craftsmen and technical responses from MSME owners know with the final results of attribute selection based on the highest weight. The results showed an effective rest time of 233.9 minutes per 6 hours of work reviewed from the physiological approach. Rest time with Quality Function Deployment approach weighing 192.02 is worship with a time of 20 minutes; sleep weight 182.25 with a time of 60 minutes; evaluation weighed 157.84 with a time of 120 minutes; heating weighs 152.96 with a time of 20 minutes; and drinking water weighed 121.85 with a time of 13.9 minutes. With this result, a break design system can be applied to improve the performance of tofu craftsmen. Subsequent development may lead to reduced rest time but result in greater performance.
